These are some mosaics that where in Tacoma. I am going to make one of these for the side of my house. I have been collecting tiles for a while and I got some really cool ones at Artfest. 

If everyone would do one act of kindness a day the world would be a more wonderful place to be. Try it! Be part of the movement. Just do it. See what happens.

I am finally finished. I am not kidding this time. I am totally finished. I am not touching it again. I swear!

I am semi finished with this face. I have a journal that my sister Heidi made for me and I am putting all portraits in it. This is one of them. I started sketching her on April 5. See my post from then and you will see the beginning.

I made this collage with paper I got from trades at Artfest. Not sure what it will turn out to be. Now the fun part begins.  I will keep you tuned in. Will post it again when I am finished.

Third class Jesse Reno.

This is the piece I made in Liesal Lunds Class. In the middle of the hat is a little door with an mirror inside.

Second class was with Liesal Lund. What a nice lady. I think this was my most favorite class of them all. She showed how we could make a 3D pieces with news paper and masking tape. Very cool technique that she invented herself. She was very generous.

Had the pleasure of having Misty Mawn as my first teacher at Artfest. She was so sweet. I loved this class.
