"Wholehearted"
I have just completed a Mondo Beyondo Dream Lab with Brene' Brown. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this. Words are not enough! It was all about Wholehearted Living. About the need for belonging and being enough ,about self compassion, about courage and shame, It was about "Its ok to not be perfect". Oh so many things. If you ever want to read a really great book get Brene Browns "The Gifts of Imperfection" Letting go of who you think you are supposed to be and ebrace who you are. It was well worth the money and the time. I love classes that make me search my soul and grow.
I learn something new about myself everyday. I am a seeker.
This is my very first Friday Paint Party hosted by Kristin and Eva. Come and visit and join the fun.
Oh she is gorgeous! I love the idea of embracing who we are - just have to figure out who that is...I will continue to seek too.

ReplyDeleteShe's beautiful! So feminine and spring-y :) I like the way you did the background and the text, and her lips are lovely! Such wisdom about the acceptance of self and the end to perfectionist thinking...we can be so hard on ourselves. If we free ourselves and let go, that is when we truly shine.
ReplyDeleteHave an inspired weekend!
