I always keep a large painting going when I am working on other things. I have been working on this for a couple of months in between all the other stuff.
I have changed her face a few times. And have added all kinds of lovely flowers.
All I have to do is add the icing (As Flora Bowley would say)
Finishing touches as you will.
The painted frame around it is just getting started.
She waits for me to pay attention to her while I paint other things
Patchwork skirt
I made my own paper for her hair
To be continued.......
Don't for get to visit everyone at Paint Party Friday!

Her hair was what I noticed first and I wondered whether it was paper you bought somewhere - no, you made it yourself. Heather, this girl - or better say your painting - is stunningly beautiful! She (or you?) has been very patient, she certainly is someone who takes her time.
