We were told to make a vision board in my class Big Dreams Small Wonders that Louise Gale is teaching. This was so much fun. It really makes you think about what you want. I really believe in the Law of Attraction. What you think about is what you will get. So "Think about what you want, not what you don't want"
That is my New Year Mantra!
"THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT NOT WHAT YOU DON'T WANT"
And in other news!!!!!!! TaDAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
It Snowed
Finally!!!We got about 10 inches!!! I know you people in Boston want to kill me but I was going to tell Steve that we had to move up north if it did not snow soon. I need my snow!
He would not have liked that too much.
This is the back yard. My Dad's apartment is on the top. (That is not the garage on fire those are Christmas lights)
Just Beautiful!!! It was just glowing!
See you Sunday!
Lovely art, lovely world!
ReplyDeletefondly, Nancy
You vision board is warm &happy. I hope you have it hung up in your house where you can look at it frequently. My The snow is beautiful. It even looks warm in that light. Terah
ReplyDeleteGlad you are enjoying your snow, it does looks so pretty. Love your new mantra, I should think more like that too.
ReplyDeleteSo your mantra worked and you got what you wanted..snow and LOTS of it!! Yay!! Though I have to add I think I would cry if we got more snow like that!! Finally the snow has gone here and I'm feeling spring in the air...ha! who am I kidding :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE your vision board..I've still to do mine.but you have definitely inspired me to get a wriggle on.
Enjoy all that white stuff! :)x
Heather, vision boards are such a fun excerise! Yours looks great. I made one 2 years ago when I was trying to sell my house...and it worked! Thinking positive for what we want is a great mantra...I LOVE it.
ReplyDeleteYour snow is beautiful....we got 15 inches, here.
i hope you are enjoying your weekend....yes, see you sunday! xo
Yes, I beieve in the law of attraction--and it's even better that you can look at your affirmations on this board--cool!!
ReplyDeleteP.S. If you want snow, come over here--we've had snow on the ground since the end of November--we never had a thaw, which is unusual, and are snowiest month is February :(
Alas...I must live vicariously through your snow. We're too far south to get any. On the up side, though, I put in peas, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, onions, lettuce, and spinach yesterday.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are gorgeous, and the collage is inspired! :~)

Your vision board is great! I came across some words yesterday that I loved: Begin as you would like to continue.
ReplyDeleteI envy the snow. It looks quite magical!
I believe in the "Law of Attraction" too Heather. I was one of the first to run out and get the DVD of "The Secret" when it came out and have enjoyed watching it many times, especially when I let negative thinking start to creep in!
ReplyDeleteLove your vision board!
Tina xo
Beautiful snow shots and I love the inspiration board. I think I have to make one.

ReplyDeleteLove the vision board and your yard looks gorgeous dressed in snow, almost makes me want it to snow here. Just so you know I tried to comment last Sunday but your blog kept locking me up for some reason, so far today it is working fine.
ReplyDeleteYay for snow! We also got a generous dusting of six inches with another 1-4 predicted throughout the day! Everything is so clean and sparkly!
ReplyDeleteBut then I am a Minnesota girl, ten inches on top of the four feet already on the ground is nothing!
Love the vision board! I just might have to make one of these myself!
