I don't need to because I just uploaded the new Picasa 3 and it has all this fun stuff!!!
It can wait!
I am so excited!!!
Don't forget to visit everyone at Paint Party Friday!!
Thank you Eva and Kristin for hosting!
And I hope everyone at Artfest is having a great time!!!
I just couldn't make this year!
I am going to a conference to see Brene Brown and Geneen Roth in April in NYC.
So excited about that!

Wow, I've been playing with the picasa as well! Isn't it great? I still like my old editor for some things, but this has so many fun filters, I'm loving it.
Don't you just love playing :)?
Picasa 3.9 has integrated many of the features that their online editor Picnik had, so it's much easier now that it's all in the program itself. I usually use PSE8 and Picasa along with the online tools Pixlr and Fotoflexer. I was lucky that my first version of PSE3 came with my Wacom tablet and my PSE8 was only $40 with a mail-in rebate a year or two ago :).
Love your image by the way, the original, cross processed and lomoish are my favourites.
Stay inspired!
I like Picassa too but haven't uploaded the new one. I'll have to check it out. Excellent work by the way. Good job. Happy PPF!

Lovely journal pages. She is beautiful. I am off to explore Picasa3 - thanks for the tip.
Good ole blogger was playing up for a while, but fingers crossed, this time my comment will work!
I love to play digitally, it's amazing what new art you can create from your originals. I couldn't pick a favourite from these.
What fun, I will check out your suggestion. I need all the help I can get. Happy PPF.
What a gorgeous face. I love all of the different styles. I don't have the latest version of Picasa yet, but I'm excited to see the possibilities.
My computer must be acting up again. It has taken ages for the comment box to come up. anyway, I'm here now. I love the original and all the fun stuff you did. I have a very old copy of Photoshop Elements and using all those ways to change thing is so much fun. I also like the one you labeled 1960s.
Fun, fun, fun stuff indeed!
Thanks for the inspiration!

Just beautimous!! I have played similarly with the different effects. I'm so glad for the FUN of Picasa, especially Now that Picnik is going away. You've inspired me to try a whole 'nother thing. THANKS!!!
Well, haven't you had a ball? This is beautiful, in all the versions.
I love this painting and I love all the effects! I'm going to have to check that out.
This woman is beautiful--in each and very one of these varieties. Actually I couldn't pick a single favorite, though I think the ones with minimal or muted colors are the prettiest. And the purplish neon one.
Wow! Amazing! Thanks for sharing about Picasa! My Photoshop left me some weeks ago, and I'm struggling with GIMP. Now I'm going to view Picasa. It lokks interesting. :)
Fun effefcts and that face is so beautiful, love the eyes and the cheekbones! <3
Oo very pretty face. Have fun playing in Picassa!

It is so fun to see your journal spread so many ways!
I love the thoughtfulness of your "Tear In The Ocean" piece in the post below... Thank you for sharing that - it's very beautiful.

Kristin
p.s. I also think that it is very cool how you made your Flora Bowley workshop piece into something so very "Heather"... Gorgeous!
Picasa is very good! The companies after years and years are listening I think. Wonderful spread. are you going to print them out. To see if they are as much fun on paper. Or just leave them in space digitals.?
Really nice.
Lovely journal page, I should check out Picasa3, wow!
Your page is so gorgeous! Love all the variations you got thru Picasa... will definitely check it out. TFS!
